Accommodations

Easily one of the roomiest 30-footers ever built! The forward v-berth is sized for 2 with shelves on either sides and an opening hatch for ventilation. A hanging locker is aft of the berth next to a stack of 6 drawers. The fully enclosed head is to port and features a new Jabsco marine toilet and sink faucet. The salon has a large L-shaped dinette to port and a standard settee to starboard. The nav station is aft of the settee to starboard. The U-shaped galley is by the companionway and to port. There is a huge double quarterberth aft and to starboard under the cockpit. The companionway opening is very wide and makes the cabin appear even larger than it is. The Galley is located to port of the companionway ladder and features a 2 burner CNG gimballed stove, a large Ice Box, and double stainless steel sinks.

The wide beam, good ballast/displacement ratio of .42 and a relatively low sail area/displacement ratio of 15.1 results in a capable vessel under sail. The engine was removed and reconditioned including new injectors, alternator, oil pan and exhaust elbow in 2005. Batteries are new, sails are new, and a wealth of upgrades have been done to this boat. If you are interested in a boat that is in impeccable shape, this is the boat to have.
